They are both out of a 98 Cherokee. I started them at 20 bucks, since I have no idea what they might be worth.

Read the descriptions though, these won't just bolt into your XJ, as I cut/swapped out some of the mounting hardware

I put the back seat up as two auctions- separate for the butt pad and back pad, just in case you only want to replace one part that has sustained damage. These are actually out of a '97, but same old same old.
