We need to tie down how much we need to ask for from National for MT Caanan. If we don't get this in ASAP, we're gonna lose it!

Well I should get the invoice for the coats soon and we should be able to see what we have left in the account. The problem is the main portion of money that we are going to make is in the coats that we sell in Moab. Most of the money that we have collected is making the coats possible. Is waiting until after Moab an option?

We have until 1 Nov. to make our request. I 've asked if we need to wait for the National BOD meeting that starts 1 Nov. to make that request or if we do it outside of the meeting timeline.

I am hopeing that I should know how much the bill is for the rest of the coats by the end of this week. Then we will know exatcly how much we can donate and have enough left over for the Christmas party and to leave some money to start with next year.

Have we received the funds yet from National? If so, is there a chance we can get the check to Stratton by the 18th for the U4WDA Board Meeting?

lobsterdmb said that the 500 to Mt Cannan was sent directly to them. Is there a way to see if they have recieved it? Also where do I send our check to?

I think it was made out to U4 with Mt Canaan written on the note line. Then give it to Stratton to present at the next U4 mtg.
