We are buying a house and need someone to take over our lease.
Tri-Level house with over 1700 sq. feet, 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, gas heat + wood burning fireplace, a living room and a family room. 1 car garage. Crawl space for storage. Large yard. Comes with all refrigerator, dishwasher an stove/oven - no washer or dryer). Bear Creek Schools. You will be taking over an existing lease that ends on April 30, 2013. You might be able to request a longer lease. Application fee is $40 per person over the age of 18 (or $60 if from out of state). Utilities NOT included with lease but is approx. $250-$300 per month depending on the season. NO PETS.
