I was just checking on accomodations in Moab and found that KOA has their promotional one night stay on 5/13. This includes the one room camping cabins, tent sites and RV sites. I know that the Moab site is closed until March, and was not able to make reservations for that site online (I ended up making reservations for Ouray instead). I believe that you may be able to contact the 1-800 number and reserve for Moab if interested.
