Knocking noise?

I seem to be getting a knock noise when im turning and hit any type of bump at speeds mostly over 5mph.it only knocks onces and some times when i get back to strait it will knock. Mostly on left turns. iv got a 3" lift up front with RE trackbar.

nope cant be that iv still got my 215's on. it knocks again after i turn the other direction its strange.

Anyone??? it seems to be more of a POPing noise any ideas?????

popping could be a dry or worn ball joint. could be a loose trackbar on the axle end. does the RE track bar use a balljoint on the frame end?

trackbar uses a hiem at frame mount.
