Kingsley Reservoir 12/21/14

My wife's family rents a house in Parkdale every year around Christmas, and since there's not enough snowsports to keep it interesting this weekend, I thought it'd be a good opportunity to check out the Kingsley Reservoir trail system. If anyone would like to join me, I'm proposing a meet time of 9:30 on Sunday at the gas station (76 I think ) at Exit 62 off of I-84. Coming from the West, get off at Exit 62, take a right, and the gas station is immediately on your left.
From what I've seen, the trails look pretty easy, with a few optional obtacles, and an optional boulder field.

I would love to get out to Kingsley again, but Sunday's are a no go for me.

The 198 trail wasn't too hard at the beginning of the year, but I've heard it's gotten fairly tough (dug out) in a few spots. Wheel smart if you head up there, and let us know how it is. I'd be up for a day run after the new year.

I'm 50-50 on this one... I wanna go, but i have a bunch of stuff to do before then... and i'm a little worried about doing a shakedown run in 4" of rain at new (to me) place.
If i'm gonna make it, i'll see you at the gas station at 9:30... otherwise, i'll be taking a raincheck.

If you don't feel like wheeling solo you can always go up to Defiance, it's nice up there and can be a bit fun to drive up there.

Just so no one shows up and waits- no one has confirmed they're coming, so I don't plan to meet at the gas station at 9:30. I'm still gonna head out there, just a little later in the day.
