King of the Hammers is coming up in a little over a month. Any other NWC'ers thinking on heading down for the week? I know there was a lot of talk last year.

Already taken the time off!

There was a lot of talk after last year, my only question right now is what vehicle I'm driving.

I was planning to take my Durango, but upon further review I question my new "minivan" being a good "Johnson valley cruiser"

And the ZJ scares me for the "road trip"

I have a camp spot already so I plan to be there. I'll be about a mile outside hammer town.

I will try and get a verdict on my vacation time this week for this trip. It's time to make some commitments!

I debated on committing to heading down this year, but in the end I knew I couldn't miss out on KOH week. I'm so ready for a vacation! I have some logistics to sort out (transportation), but I'm shooting to be on the lakebed 1/31.
