K2... Good idea for next Fall Run

K2 ... Katemcy Rocks is officially in business again!

The property is approximately same size as old Katemcy.
Located in Mason about 6 miles West of town, off US Hwy 29.

More information as we begin to get open and work out the
little details, but we will be opening in February 2010.

Trying to begin getting camp grounds, trails, ect laid out
Will follow with more pictures and news as it develops.

K1 was dubbed "Moab of texas"... K2 just on the other side of the same town.

And Kurt is the "Richard Simmons of Texas". LOL On a serious note, I am checking to see how far that is from me, and I might try to go check it out soon. I will post up to see if anyone else is up for a trip, when I think I have found a date that works for me.

It's about 4 to 4 1/2 hours fro Gilmer... I think. Mason, Tx. 45 minutes north of Fredsrickburg, which is a great town for the wifes to go shopping in. That is where I will be staying also. Family there that are willing to let me stay the weekend with them. Crazy, I know.

It opens in Feb right? For an official run for a fall run I say let's do it.I would like to go soon after it opens its only about an hour and a half from me so when you come down Justin let me know and ill go out there with you or whoever else

I am up for whenever out there also. Fall is a good idea because summer would suck out there...
