You can do what I did and buy some pre-97 end caps to simply cap off the OE bumper. I bought these for a couple of bucks at the local Pick and Pull.
Dang. Old Blue does not look as purty as that anymore.

I have factory fog lights so I know it would look a little dumb without the nice valance surrounding them, but I am sick and tired of having to back straight out of my driveway almost into my neighbour's mailbox just to keep my front tires from rubbing against the front fenders...
