does anyone know where i could get a enclosure similiar to this one with out paying an arm and a leg. I really want to get the sub out of the way in the back of my jeep. But of cousre they had to stop making them, so now they are super hard to find. If anyone has any info let me know, i would really appreciate it. Thanks

haha damn you thats that one that i was bidding on, ohh well. See i went out of town and didnt realize it would be over by the time i was back. Oh well, how do you like it so far, are you keeping that sony sub in there or are you putting something else in there.

I had one in my Jeep that hasn't been used since I bought my 98, installed it, but never hooked up the amp. And now that I am back running the stock radio, damn boston theives, it just takes up space. It has a cheep heavy magnet dual voice coil sub in it, had a JL 10W6 in it, but sold that already. I might let it go for the right price, make and offer. Bonus it comes with stainless hardware.

Hey, could you please post the specs on the sub enclosure, ie the mounting depth and the volume. Want to get a better sub than the sony xplode that came with this.

Also, how did you mount it? It looks like there is one screw hole that is on the wheel well, is that it?

Any help would be appreciated.

The enclosure is designed for high end "tight" subs, the one designs for seal enclosures. I believe the internal volume is around .7 cu. ft. All I know is with a 10W6 and about 200 watts pushin it, it was more than enough to vibrate the guy pulled up next to you. Great sounding combo. And yes it is just one bolt up through the wheelwell. The kicker is you have to have the hole in the right position or it won't sit up tight against the side and looks like a$$. Seen this done too many times and had to fix a few of them.
