I was looking at wiki the other day, and I found this...

scroll down to the table, and under 3.8L/231ci you'll see that the 08+ JK engines make less power than the 01-07 units. Does anyone know what changes Chrysler made? Chances are they're to keep the government happy, but I'm just asking what changes were made...
