Please mark your calenders. Sunday Oct 11th we have our yearly meeting at Off Road Expo. Sheraton Fairplex Hotel, Vineyard 11 room, Meeting starts at 8 am sharp. Starbucks coffe and pastries from 7.30 am. Tell parking attendant you are going to the meeting. We can allow 2 persons from each team. This year we also welcome anyone who is thinking of building a car to race with us. These folks will not be allowed to vote on any subject but their opinions could influence our direction.
Subjects for meeting....race dates and locations, entry fees, Pro with pay back or cheaper Sportsman fees for trophies only, rules changes or improvements and more. Any item you want on agenda must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
