Haha. I enjoyed my Dash/HTC S620 with WM6.1. It was just time to upgrade since I managed to crack the screen AGAIN.
I just rooted my G1 so I have a multitouch browser now. Just waiting to see how I'll be able to get the RC33 update.

I actually played (and beat) all 3 episodes of Doom Co-Op over a 2400bps Modem. My e-peen is bigger than yours.
I've been eyeballing L4D, but I just can't make myself buy it. Money's tight, so I'm sticking to my MMO's and older stuff for now.
Also, if you truly consider yourself a connoisseur of Space Combat Sims, you better have Freespace (and Freespace 2) on your list. They made Wing Commander look like kiddie crap, and are the best of breed since XWvTF.
Also, anyone seen the videos for ARMA 2, yet? I LOVED Operation: Flashpoint and ARMA, but the tech. just wasn't quite there for what they were trying to accomplish. For those who don't know, OpFP was a military "sim" that included realistic FPS and near-simulation quality vehicle action. Damn fun stuff.
Wow I forgot about Doom. Single player only though. Played it on my IBM Clone 386DX processor!!!
Nope you got me on Freespace, if it wasn't a first person shooter I didn't play it. If it was, I completely missed it.
Doom 3 and Quake 4 were very nice, and I forgot to add them to my list. They all pale (single player wise) to Half Life 2. Wow I forgot about Portal, fun and very funny.
I've never been too impressed with zombie games, Left4Dead is probably the best I've seen and I only purchased it after some CSS friends kept bugging me to get it.
I'll tell you one that was pretty fun and quirky, Darwinia. Really cool idea.

I only played Freespace, wasn't my thing. Too much traveling and idle time.
Portal is awesome. Need more levels now though. Too easy.

Yeah, I read about that hack. Didn't seem ready for prime-time to me, though. One day I'll probably make the jump to Android, but I'm waiting for next generation before I take the plunge. Besides, I paid entirely too much for this damn TyTN and I'm not going drop 3 bills on another phone right now.
Also, be sure you get the RC33 update. The new version of google maps adds something called "Latitude". basically, it shows any of your friends where you are right at that moment using location services. So cool... Well, it would be if I had any friends. *sigh*

Yeah. Wise decision waiting for the second gen Android phones. So main cools ones coming out. The update doesnt start getting thrown out to peolpe until tomorrow, But it could take up th 15th. But its not like I have any friends with these things anyways.
Also waiting for my second battery from Tmobile since the orginal battery for the G1 SUCKS. I had the extended 2400mah for the S620 and I'd only need to charge the thing every 3 days, with moderate use. T'was very nice.

im sorta in between gaming desktops, and im limited to my laptop. but i used to play COD4, GRAW, bioshock, fall out3, i used to play WoW but i can never get on cause of the stupid satelite internet, uhh flight simulatorX, all that good stuff.
