360 V-8, Narrow track 44's front and rear. It cranks, but doesn't fire. I haven't had time to dig into it yet. They are alot simpler than an XJ.

So far it needs an engine bay harness and an ignition Key cylinder. That may fix the problem. I'm told I can use a Chevy key cylinder I just dont know from what Chevy.

hey the key cylinder isn't the same as the switch, fyi.
what you need is the actual ignition switch. it mounts to the steering column under the dash, and is controlled by a rod that moves back and forth when you turn the lock cylinder. good luck!

Looks good TRT!!!

oh. ok then. just making sure you know they aren't the same thing! the jeep looks better in your yard than it did in shawn's! i hope we can get that beast purring soon. he said he put sta-bil in the gas when he knew it would sit for a while, so it shouldn't be gummed up too bad.... i think the wag has some potential to be nice! they make great trail/camping rigs!

Are the windows tinted blue?

really? i didn't know you liked it that much! makes me feel a lot better about shawn giving it up. he was pretty attached to it, but i guess he liked the motorcycle more.

it was running before i got it and ran as soon as it was in the YJ :P dont pull me into this, i created TEAM V8 because of my swap not before... but if you get it running i guess you can be in the TEAM... even though it is stock... and from the factory inside your jeep... pffff... :D

Theres a woody up here in clarksville, for $1,500 its got 91kmi, 4x4, 360 v8 and it runs, also looks the same as yours

ok, so i know this is TRT's thread, but i've got a woody, too. Finally. it runs and drives, but there are still a couple bugs i wanna work out, such as the throttle cable and transmission kickback linkage not exactly reaching the carby. as of now, i'm shifting it manually, and there is a piece of wire coat hanger incorporated into my throttle cable. i think i'm gonna have to make some sort of bracket for the thottle cable, but i'm actually going to extend the linkage for the kickback, because the bracket for it bolts into the back of the head. the new motor isn't quite as peppy as i expected, but it's respectable. it won't spin 32's with the stock 3.31 gears(which also could be 2.72's, i haven't pulled the cover to see), but zero to 60 is quite a bit faster than my wifey's corolla, i know because she was complaining about it when she followed me home. i'd say by the end of the week, i'll have time to work the gremlins out of poor Maggy The Waggy. it's been a long strange trip, and i know who i WON'T be asking to build me anymore engines. i might let that guy charge the a/c, though. he tends to shine on 15 minute jobs....
