Iron Rock Offroad XJ Chrysler 8.25 Boxed Truss

Want the ultimate strength upgrade you can find for your Chrysler 8.25 housing? Look no further than our new over axle boxed truss. This unit will provide all the structural support you'll ever need! The truss is designed to prevent your Chrysler 8.25 from bending under severe load while off roading. With the new truss installed, you'll also gain raised bump stop pads on the axle.
Precision laser cut from 3/16" steel plate and CNC formed to be a perfect fit on top of your Chrysler 8.25. We recommend at least 2.5" of lift over stock height in the rear to accommodate the new truss.

Iron Rock Offroad Dana 30 Inner Axle Sleeve Kit

Improve the strength of your Dana 30 so it holds up to the abuse you intend to put it through. These internal sleeves are an excellent way to produce huge strength improvement without a huge price tag.

A Dana 30 axle tube is 2.5" x 1/4" wall. While the material itself is strong, the way we use our vehicles can compromise that strength. IRO's Inner Axle Sleeve Kit doubles the thickness of your Dana 30 tubes to a full 1/2"!! Now thats a tube that you can have confidence in.

Axle "C" trusses are now available to compliment this smart strength upgrade.

Iron Rock Offroad Dana 30 "C" Gusset Kit

Our Dana 30 C Gusset Kit is the ultimate solution for the weak factory C's. These weld on gussets are perfect for preventing your Dana 30 C's from bending. Add these to any Dana 30 for extreme strength improvement. Laser cut and CNC formed for a perfect fit to your axle. Installation requires welding.

INSTALLATION NOTES:
Some grinding is needed to fit JK Dana 30 and 44.
Some grinding required to fit on a WJ Dana 30 with u-joint axle conversion
Significant grinding required to fit WJ and ZJ Dana 30 with OEM CV axles
Not tested with RCV axles, but grinding may be necessary.

Iron Rock Offroad XJ/ZJ Adjustable Double Shear Track Bar Kit

This kit is designed to replace your factory or aftermarket track bar. The new bracket you'll receive is CNC Laser cut and precision break bent from 1/4" plate steel for extreme strength and durability. It drops your track bar 3/4" to counteract bumpsteer as it occurs in XJ's and ZJ's especially with taller lift heights. The track bar is 1.25" cold rolled solid steel bar and is adjustable for a large range of different lift heights!

The new polyurethane bushing end at the uniframe side will allow as much suspension travel as your control arms or shocks will allow with no restriction like a ball joint style tie rod end.
