howdie my names Ryan i just started goin on :
: and have been on for about a week. I LOVE WHEELIN! and have been into it for about 2 years and i first started goin with a buddy of mine who of course had a 92 XJ with about a 4.5 inch rubicon express lift and some other cool stuff. Since then ive been dieing to get my hands on my own XJ. So about a week and a half ago i finally purchased my 87 XJ with about a 2.5 maybe a 3.5 inch skyjacker lift not quite sure on the size but i got it for 500 bucks and its in GREAT shape accept that it doesnt run... lol the guy told me all it needed was the head gasket replaced so me and my buddies do that and there are still problems that we gotta figure out and it shouldnt take much to get it running just a lot of time. it has 240,000 miles on it and i was wondering should i just try and find a new motor? i dont have a whole of money to spend cause im in that poor college student situation. if ne one has some advice or knows of where i can get a running motor for cheap it would be GREATLY appreciated.
