Intermittently loosing power

1996 XJ, standard, no mods. The past summer my Jeep had an overheating event, and I drove another vehicle for a while. I recently replaced the radiator, water pump, upper and lower hoses, and while I was at it, the thermostat. Now my Jeep intermittently looses power. It doesn't die, seems to run fine, but I have to floor it just to keep at 30mph. This past weekend, I went in and had the ODBC checked to see if it might tell me a code, but nothing. I'm guessing maybe one of the sensors? Any ideas?

O2 sensor. Had that happen on a Ford Tempo. Still, it should throw a code. I'd NTK/NTG O2 sensor. May be something other though.

Another issue might be the transmission, if an Auto. See the other recent thread on transmission issues.
