Intermittent Wipers

Changed my intermittent wiper module and they still don't work. When I try and turn them on, they turn on once and then don't go again.

Any ideas?

remove the module and plug the 2 connectors together, and see what happens if it does the same thing, then the motor is bad or the wiring could be chaffed under the cowl.
