Got my lift installed, now all I need to do tomorrow is put my 32's on. They are sitting in my storage and I didn't have time tonight.

Over all I am very happy with the quality of the Rough Country lift. There were a lot of small details that really made me happy. Things like shocks that already had the bushings installed and leaf springs that already had the shim installed onto the pack. Those things made it that much easier to do the install and just over all made my day less stressful.

So like I said, I'll put my 32's on tomorrow and post more pics. Now its time to go night night.

What a great series of pictures. I wish I had had these images available when we did my RC 4.5" lift last October.

I like my RC lift. The only complaint I have is the AAL . I really wish I could have afforeded the replacement springs.

People that have seen my XJ in the past and now say that it really changed the look of the Jeep. It really does. I look forward to seeing the pics with the new tires.

I actually shouldn't have to trim the fenders for the 32's, the only thing they rubbed on when they were on my 99 was the plastic endcaps for the front bumper, the ones on this 92 are smaller and don't go back all the way the the fender well.

Tires should be on in about an hour or two, just have to finish waking up and get some motivaton in. Forza2 is sounding pretty fun though so it might take longer. :)

Thanks, I was kind of going for the steb by step approach. Figured it might help other people who haven't installed a lift before, although obviously isn't a replacement for a god set of instructions. That was one another thing about the RC lift, their instruction were way better than Rusty's. It was a small booklet with pictures and they even said what size wrench you would need for every bolt. Rusty's was about the half the size of a piece of printer paper and wasn't much more detailed than my captions, but with no pics.

I was able to drive my 1998 with the 32x11.5x15, but I trimmed the plastic fenders with in a week of the lift and new wheels/tires. That plastic popping during hard turns on the tire lugs makes a horrible sound! lol

he did them at the hobby shop on ft carson... we have em on most military bases

looks great man! after you get those 32's on, it wont look like a roller skate driving down the road... :)

Well I made up for the spoiling the craft center gave me w/ its lifts today. I swapped out my tires at my storage unit today. Tiny little jack, one tire at a time, with only a breaker bar to help me.
