Im Chattanooga now..

If you're in Chattanooga the first or last weekend of any month you can check out Lula Lake Landtrust. It's south of Chattanooga on Lookout Mtn. No fee, but they do take donations. Nice views, nice hikes and nice history.

There's also nice hikes off of Point Park(down the road from the Incline Railway). Sunset Rock is nice or you can hike down the mountain to the Craven House, originally built in 1855. There is also a 10+ mile hike off the mountain.

so if i said.. " take a hike "... it wouldnt be insulting!

Well how about the native chattanoogans come up with a couple of ideas for places and we go from there?

I'm not native but the Pickle BArrel is good. Or at least it was when I was there. There is also a place called Mom's pizza, if its still there, that is awsome.

Soooo? is this a lunch or dinner thang?

i'd say more of a lunch thing. lets people do business and spend time with family before or after...plus travel time for the out of towners who want to show?

i got a meeting that sprung on me from 11 to 12:30...
Where we all meeting at? if there is a "we" ...

I'm up for a meet and greet, may even drag the jeep out

I live in Mobile but if you get bored with Chatt, you can always drive 50 miles south and hit Little River Canyon NP, amazing views, huge waterfalls, and the deepest canyon east of the MS river. Plus some great offroad spots. Just my .02

whenever the time and place is decided, i'll try to make it depending on what i've got going on...

im back in the Lodge.. i looked around and its not worth spending 50 more for same crappy rooms.. When i went to turn the ac on... some one had that sucker at 56 degrees!
56.... what were they doing?
