When can you teach an IL class?

as it stands right now there is a requirement for 16 hours of training.

none of us know is there will be any certain course content recommended or required.

we are mosty certain that current NRA certified pistol instructors will be allowed to make endoresments.

there is a provision that persons who've recieved training in the past will be able to apply up to 5-8 hours of it toward the illinois LTC.

in answer to your question though....too early to tell.
