Friday I'm hooking up with a guy I went to high school with back when I lived in p-town. We're meeting mid afternoon and taking the ferry boat over to SF/Pier 39. I have a little tour I do every year when I'm out in the bay area for training. Usually back into Oakland about 9:30 - 10:00 pm. I have to be at class early Saturday morning so no late night partying for me.

So are we going to have a meet and greet on the 17th?

There's a Hooters in Fremont

Last year when I rolled into town we did a meet-n-greet up at a Round Table somewhere between the Bay area and Sacramento. I forget exactly where but Tom and Mary came and picked me up and took me with them.

As for Hooters on the 17th, works for me, but again someone would have to get me there. I don't rent cars while I'm there. All my transportation is taken care of to and from the hotel, class, and the airport.



I'm not expecting anything here folks. It's the middle of the week and not very convenient.

Yeah, P-town. I lived in Pleasanton for over 30 years, I always remember people calling it that. Also heard Petaluma called P-town as well. Must be a local P name thing or something?

So how does 7:00 sound? Meet at Hooters in Dublin on the 18th.

I can pick people up at the Dublin BART station if that helps out.
