So an update, nothing really exciting has happened to this jeep. It does some things and drives down the road.



Anyways son specs:
1992 unitard
ax15
Long bed 2wd
Shortened from 119.6" to 108ish
Converted to 4x4
D30 with an arb that isnt hooked up
D44 with a lunch box
37" slicks
Wheel spacers
Doved rear with 2dr xj skins
Xj tail lights
And a few stickers to keep it togetjer.

Isn't that why we buy these 25 year old junk heaps? So we don't have to do perfect TIG welds and powdercoat everything? It doesn't bother me a bit to bang on my XJ with a BAH or knock it against a rock as long as she still runs.

and an update, i spent money on my loaner axles so i can run someone elses locker in someone elses axle.

huh this is pretty nice, i should get into banking.

Did more things today, I think I have a total of one million inches of lift. But on the bright side, I have up travel and way less axle wrap.

Ditched my spaghetti noodle bastard packs and chevy shackles for some 3" what ever leaf packs and 1" lift shackles what ever XJ. Now I did run the factory mj shackles as pictured, but they were too short. And in classic personal fashion I didnt get any pictures of the final product....
