I've put 33's on the cherokee about 3 weeks ago and its now a complete DOG! I've searched and found a post from 2005 witch highly recommends Wally at Vefron in Bridgeview IL. Does anyone one if this person or place is still around? I live in Rockford IL and its about 1.5 hours from me. I will take my junk to him if there isn't anyone closer, is there?

Much of the MWC is off at Winterfest through the weekend. You'll probably get more traffic next week.

I had new gears installed at Lou's Sales in Geneva several years ago. They've held up well, but I understand there have been some personnel changes there.

Rock 4x Fabrication in waukegan. Its probobly the same drive. he installs for 300/axle. idk what his gears go for though unless your providing your own. give him a call, cool guy

I live like two miles from LOU's. never knew they did gears.
they did drop in a AX-15 mated to a NP-242 into my Comanche.
it is holding up as well.

If you don't mind the drive, Larry's truck and Auto in Rock City is good and cheap. I recomend him, he did mine last time.
Also this guy, [email protected] 815-977-7365, just west of Winnebago.
I have never used him but I hear he does good work.

Yes that is the place. He wheels an XJ and is a very good guy.
I highly recommend him.
