Isn't it supposed to start at a one-day? anything past that time requiring BOD action? (I forget -and largely ignore- the moderation 'rules' as they applied to TOs & user banning)
OTOH you are a Supermoderator... should be able to lay a whuppin on him or anyone, I thought.
