How the heck do you post pictures?

I have read the FAQ on how to post pictures, it said to go to the user control panel and click on Pictures & Albums, and to create a a new album, but I can't seem to find that link. Any idea on where it's located?

I believe you need to be a member to use that feature to post a picture.

This is a great month to join, because its our membership drive and we are giving away some great prizes to those that become members in the month of March.

Otherwise, you'll need to host your pics on another site, such as photobucket or other and then link to them using the image link on the forum when you post.
