how long of a control arm ?

i was thinking about making a set of lower and upper arms for my xj ...how long bolt hole to bolt hole do i need ? do i need to curve them or can a straight one work too .

This is a very loaded question that depends on the height of your lift and the desired pinion angle. What are you working with?

Save your money(youre going to need it) and buy some DB's,the stock arms are perfect for this(other than strength).Then figure out what your going to do about the steering/trackbar!

heck if you are going to fab some arms jsut make em long arms and weld yourself some brackets to the unibody and off you go
