How long does an engine swap take?

It was nice having everything right there and a heated garage to work with The only hiccup I had was that the parts store sent me home with the wrong transmission filter so that took a little trip to get that sorted out.

So, to answer your original question--how long did it take you?

Including breaks for food,,,, 12 hours to remove the header/radiator etc, pull my engine/tranny/transfer case combo, swap a bunch of my parts over, mess around with tearing apart the old transfer case to see if swapping my sye would be easier than recutting and tapping for the H&T, install the donor powertrain and button everying up.

I feel like I could shave that time by at least 4 hours next time. Guess I get to see how long it takes when I get the stroker done
