Anyone around here make thier own beer? If so what do you think, strain off the wort before putting it into the primary fermenter or just pour it in as it is, boiled hops, grain sediment and all? I have tried it both ways but never to the same type of beer so I don't really know how much of a difference it would make in a batch to batch comparison. Just wondering what your opinions are. Making up a batch right now
