holy cross or lron chest

I was sort of thinking a day with the wife, but don't worry. It is all good. Being with others on Holly Cross is probably a good idea. I have only done it once a couple of weeks ago. So I am in with you guys. I'll have to make sure she is ok with 7:00, but she is more of a morning person than I am. We still wouldn't be on the trail by 10:00 so the earlier the better. I'll get with you guys later for phone #s. Has anyone looked at the weather?

Sorry you missed too. I had fun. The group in front really slowed us down. I was worried about traffic. There wasn't a "lot", but they were slow. My wife rode everything except comming down French Creek. She had fun, but it was a long day. She didn't know my XJ could do that stuff! I wanted to try a different line on Clevland rock, but didn't have time. Just wanted to show the wife Holly Cross city then we got back down to see what we were going to do with Trailrunner. I would have stayed, but I am no mechanic. After he tried the obvious, I was out of ideas. Had to wait an hour to get down French Creek. Was very relieved we didn't have to tow my partener out. All in all, awesome weather. Nothing but blue skies. Great company, good trail. Too many drunks, traffic was slow. Left at 7:00, got home at 9:00!

P.S. I want to go to Moab a few days before Moab fling. I can't make the event. Some others are going towards the end of October, but I have to work for that too. I was going 2-4 coming back Thurs.
