This item is used and will not come with the hardware (nuts/bolts) to install it. I would prefer a local pick up or will travel up to 40 miles. Looking for $75 for this item. I am located in Glenside, PA (19038)

Dang it oh well! Thanks for looking...if you are even in the area (NJ or so) I would still be willing to meet up. I would suggest shipping but it's a tad heavy and probably not worth it.
