Yeah, Hanksville surely could do better and should want to do better. I understand he doesn't have a lot of room to work under there but I can't imagine he'd want to have his name associated with that job.

Nah, I wouldn't have done that........ If you try to have him discount the price, and he's seen that thread where you're "happy" with it, he's not going to budge........... You just shot yourself in the foot.

didn't say i was happy, just posted the pics and the invoice and said people could judge for themselves. I'll just ask him tomorrow if that's the type of work he is generally proud to put his name on and see what he says but it's a lose lose, I'm not happy with it, but I don't want him redoing it either and I sure as hell don't want to give a grand for that hunk of crap.

zomg this thing is a little monster. it's not running worth a crap and it's still quick.

I just replaced the stock muffler on my '00 last week. 82K mi.
(It still had the Chrysler emblem on it)

Here's what I really found weird:
It had a 2.5" input and a 2.25" output.
The stock output was smaller!!!

I installed a flowmaster and put a new pipe on the end: 2.5" in and 2.5" out.

Sounds like a chugging boat now.
