Help with craigslist find

My jeep sags in the back when i load it up with cargo, also the back has sagged a little with age. Would these help remedy my problems? Would they kill my ride? Please share any opinions.

I'd say BOTH! They'll definitely help with the sag under load at ride quality's expense. Not sure if they'll help with your unloaded sag thou.
