hello, I have a 1990 XJ, 4.0, 4x4, AT, the body is fairly striaght no major damage. I'm planning to do the same that you want, but I'm not in a situation to do so right now. I just did the front a rear brakes with good quality pads. I can sell it with or with out the stereo I just put in. with stereo, $1800 and without $1300.
