Cut flat, drill new holes, then tack weld the new bolts on the brackets. Both my front fender flares are still on because of that procedure.

just leave them off

QFT. the rears seems to be more prone to breaking than the front.

or just go to town with a cut off wheel. its not hard, just takes a little self motivation to go past that point of "no return" when cutting up your jeep. take your time, do it right... give yourself enough time and dont rush. it can be done by someone with zero auto body skills.

I tap the holes and use some JBWeld, since I don't have access to a welder. Working well so far, although I'd obviously prefer to weld them and be done that much faster.

just take the fenders all the way off..problem solved.

Or soak the bolts in cheese, that always works for everything I have ever encountered. Rumor has it bacon grease works in a pinch as well.

Cheese "keepin it real" Man

I Love making bacon grease...

take em off, cut fenders, stand back and look at how cool you are, drive with windows down after a rain, wish you had flairs, get out truck, dry off your arm, look back at your truck and say fawkit it looks good like that.
