heavy duty XJ bumper w/ 2in receiver

I have a bumper from boulderbars.com for 84 to 96 xj. dont have the mounting plates but can be ordered from boulderbars.com (local builder) for $70. I started to sand it because the paint was old so you finish sanding and decide whether to re-paint or powder coat. right now the bumper is mostly bare metal. its a good solid bumper. check out the bumper on their website. has 2 in receiver but does not have the side protection. new cost is $399 I'm asking $200 firm. serious inquiries only please. bumper is pretty straight forward, just like in the picture. I'll post a pic of it tomorrow if I can figure out how (never done it before). but I would only be able to post pics off of the jeep.
