Headlights question

Which are the best headlights to get for visibility and non yellow looking? I am thinking Silverstar

i've ran deltas on all my jeeps i like them. i had the xenon bulbs in them to

Well I looked at autozone, and I was wondering how blue the Silverstars would be, because I cant stand yellow headlights. Do you change the bulb or the whole assembly. I am still new to the XJ community, like a day old.

Usually it's the lens, they haze over and trap grit. So they transmit light as yellow. But then again, cheap OEM bulbs don't heat up enough to shine white. That's why you get the fire yellow color.

Cuz I have way too many projects, and not enough funds, I run Silverstars in all my vehicles (well, except the Hondas). They produce a nice, bright, white light.

Good to know, they are much cheaper for now then the HIDs.

HID's are better though. Just sayin. Hold off till you get the funds. Patience is key young padiwan.

They are not as bright mind you, but very cost effective in my book. DangerGirl's (my fiancee who has both a wicked cool XJ and Honda Civic Si) has Sylvania Silverstar H4's in the Si too. They work really well. We've been very happy with the brand over all. I'll prolly put one in the CBR when the time comes as well.

If you really want more lights after that, you can drop $20 on a set of cheap driving lights too.
