Having issues with my Subaru

I've got a 97 Impreza wagon. Parking lights work, but only 1 brake light works. The 3rd light, and passenger side light don't light up when brakes are hit.

Unable to find wiring diagrams or anything online. Where's a good starting point to try to diagnose something like this?
