I can't get past that winch. It's a Ford Excursion ..which means it's bigger than a double-wide trailer home ..which means that bumper's bigger than a Chevrolet Cavalier .. which makes that winch install ridiculous.

Im not sure if you are realizing that it is a detachable winch, probably through a hitch like this:
