Gutter mount light bar, lights and switches

Anyone want this gutter mount light bar? It'a nice solid piece made by Steel Horse. The lights aren't in great shape, the wiring is kinda janky, and it's missing one "L" bracket for the gutter, but would be easy to fab up. You can also have 2 lighted toggle switches to go with it.

Thats pretty cheap. The lights look like Hellas. Is that what they are?

The top of the light bar is about 3"-3.5" at most. It's not mounted anymore so I can't get the measurement.

Here's a head-on shot: As you can see, the center of the light bar is a bit lower than the center of the roof rack bar which is sitting directly behind the light bar.

Yeah, they're hellas, but one has a rusty reflector.
