I just bought a 96 firebird (3.8 liter). Got one hell of a deal on it because the guy selling it thought it had oil in the antifreeze. To make a long story short, he repaired a leaking heater hose and ended up mixing regular antifreeze with the Dexcool that was already in the system. I have to admit it kind of does look like oil, but without the milkiness. My question is, how do I get this crap out? I've been flushing it over and over with water and Prestone super flush, and there's still traces of it. Anyone know if small amounts of this stuff will mess anything up? I bought new water pump, thermostat, cap, etc. but don't want to install them until it's clean. Any ideas? Thanx in advance...
