And if they are do I want the "With Pre Cat" or "Without Pre Cat"

pre cats are bad, only in '99 and up IIRC

thats an ok header, but not a great header. if thats your price range, i say go for it.

Im pretty sure before the '00s they had the precat on the california package but it wasn't on the header and they only had one

I got rid of the precats on my '01 and put on an APN header been good so far

Well my plan was the Borla header with downpipe which is 540. So yeah.

I need a header that comes with a downpipe.

What is the difference between the 1999 and 2000 header? There are no mid grade headers for my 2000. The only one I can find is the banks for almost 500 dollars.
