Who are you going to have do your gears? Someone down in Portand, I assume?

You might want to PM Avanteone, just to see if he's competitive. He did the install on my gears very reasonably, but I know that's a long way for you.

i had the labor on mine done at Six States. good service and reputation.
i went through Rawbrown (ryan) for parts.

i've had some friends with 'yotas that have had bad luck with genuine gear and 4wheelparts.

Go to J & H on Powell. They sell used ring & pinion sets, and they'll be just as strong and last just as a new set would. Lots of shops around the area will go to them for used sets.

I talked to Ryan here at work, he used to do gearing installs for J & H, and he recommended them.
