Well, I found out yesterday that I'm going to be a dad. It's a long story, but my wife went to the doctor thinking that she had a tumor / mass in her abdomen -- and found out she was five months pregnant. This came as a total shock, since we've done five home pregnancy tests between March and last week -- all coming back negative. Couple this with her irregular cycle in the past, and we thought that maybe we were going to have problems getting pregnant. I'm excited, but still trying to scrape myself off the mat. We're over half done. Baby's due December 24th

Strong work.

In for a tumor, out with a grunion. Doesn't work out much better than that.

Congrats. Life as you have known it will cease to exist. Kids change everything. We just kept doing all the things we always did, we just drug them along. Last year on the ColoradoFest we had a roughly 6 week old on all the trails. This year he/she was back with the parents. Now I can't say camping with a toddler is all that much fun, but it is better than sitting home.
