Fuse tapping an accessory fuse slot for working power windows

Hey everybody, first post here and longtime xj lover. I have a 1990 Renix 5spd that runs pretty good. The power windows do not work. I do not have power to the switches, or throughout the harness, all the way to the 30A circuit breaker. I was wondering if I could fuse tap an Acc fuse slot and splice it directly to the power wire for the power windows. I was also wondering if I can do the same procedure for the power locks. Thank you. If anyone can tell me what color wire supplies power to the master switch and what color wire supplies power to power locks that would be helpful.

Have you checked that there's power coming out of the breaker itself? Maybe the breaker itself has failed. Do you have (or can you get) a new or known-good one to swap in as a test?

I also forgot to mention that I just dug into the windows cause they didn't work, found the master switch barely plugged in. Plugged it in and got all of them to roll down THEN they stopped working. In typical power window fashion, with all of them down.

I cut my main power window feed, used that as a trigger wire for a relay directly off the battery, with a fuse of course. Makes a big difference. I have at least a 1 full volt loss through the ignition switch.
