This post is for my father-in-law who has a new winch bumper for his XJ and he's selling the old one.

It's a Custom4x4 winch bumper that's been on the XJ since 2001 and has been trimmed a bit (but nicely). It comes with all of the mounting equipment though you might need to find a few replacement bolts at your local hardware store.

It comes with the grill guard and headlight guards and the d-ring shackles. Below are pics from last night when we pulled it off the XJ and one from last years NACFest with the headlight gaurds on.

Asking $150 and can bring to NACFest if you'll be there. Otherwise it's located in Northern VA near DC. Thanks!

Why'd he replace the bumper?

He won a T&T Customs winch bumper in last years NACFest Raffle. He likes the pre-runner look more and it had a better approach angle than the C4x4 one did.

The bumper is in Woodbridge, VA.

The original design was square all the way across. You can see the sides are tapered up. that was a trim to improve the aproach angle. the bumper also went about 4 inches further back on each side to line-up with the stock wheel well areal. We cut that end off cause the 33" tires on full stuff would catch on the bumper causing it to bend and make a hell of a racket.

It's a much more functional bumper with the trimming and I think it looks better.

bump - still available price negotiable if it doesn't sell soon it's goin to the dump.

it's at my father-in-laws place so I'll see if he can snap some pics.

The main shell is pretty thin really, and mainly for show if you ask me. I've "untwisted" it before by removing it and bending it back by standing on it. The cutouts were necessary if you're serious about wheeling. Before I trimmed it I was always getting stuck on them as they ruined the approach angle.

I'll let ya know about more pics if he can take them.

I don't push big rocks with my jeep and really only need something that will get me through scrub and small trees, hence my leaning towards a bull-bar setup. My big concern is that I will snag something when I try to back out, not that I will land on it really hard
