FS: Detroit EZ Locker for 29 spl 8.25

For sale is a used Detroit EZ Locker for a 29 spline 8.25.

these pics are a little old:

You will need to order some new springs and the passenger-side spacer ring since it has broken teeth. You can order them from Eaton/Detroit or SummitRacing has The Detroit EZ locker service kit that includes the servicable parts.

I ran this locker for about a year and a half (I think) on 32s and would not recommend using this with any larger tire.

BTW, mileage on this is unknown but I think it had about 5K miles on it when I bought it and I've put 10K atleast.

So it prolly has between 15K-20K miles on it.

Why do you not reccomend using it on a larger tire?

You could probably get away with 33's but not recommended. The bigger the tire, the more stress on the lunchbox and more likely to eat up the teeth. They simply dont have the same strength as a full locker.

I agree my no slip was great on 31's but 32's broke it 5 minutes into the first run
