As the title says.. AX-15 5 spd transmission mated to a NP231 Transfer case.. Both had approx 110,000 miles on them when removed from a florida jeep... Jeep was moved from Florida to NY in Spring of 2005 where it sat for almost a whole year until I purchased it for parts.. Original owner says she doesn't ever remember using the 4 wheel drive as it was her second vehicle once she brought it up to NY.... She also had a 2001 XJ Limited so I'm guessing that explains why this one sat.. I put the motor in my 89, and gave the rest to a friend who doesn't drive stick so I'm just trying to recoup the money it cost me to pick up the vehicle .. I'm writing off the purchase price as per the price of the motor and interior parts I used and my friend have.. Both parts are removed as of now and sitting on my friends garage floor.. Appeared to be the OEM stock clutch --- Didn't look like it was ever changed, so I'm guessing this transmission was never abused.. The 300 miles I drove it home it shifted just fine.. The 4 wheel drive worked like brand new.. I tried it when I pulled my other parts jeep out of it's snowy grave to finally fix my plow jeep..
I'm looking to get $500 / BO for the matched pair.. The package includes. The tranny, the bellhousing, the shifter, (not the knob).., the transfer case, and the crossmember, and tranny mount..

I would prefer pickup in Buffalo, NY 14223, but if you need it shipped I will strap it to a skid and shrink wrap it and drop it off to the nearest forward air or R&L Carriers location.. I'm guessing shipping to be roughly $150 to the west coast.. This is just a guess.. I'm not exactly sure..
