I've got 2 Ford Explorer 8.8 rear axles w/ 3.73 gearing, Limited Slip, disc brakes, and 31 spline axles; they are both identical and in good condition.

$300 each.

I've also got a Ruff Stuff 8.8 simple swap kit for sale. i was planning on using an 8.8 in my XJ but im having trouble finding the right one so im going with a D44 instead. i'll let this go for $100 if purchased with one of the rear axles. $130 if you would like to buy it separately, which is what it cost delivered to my door after the discount code, shipping, and tax.

naw as you see i already have 2 lol. im actually goin with a D44 instead since i found one at the yard. i was lookin for 4.10s myself and would have grabbed one if it had them lol.

I talked with a local mustang guy and he maybe selling his 8.8 w/ 4.10s but is it the same? He says its an 8.8 but did a 98 mustang come with a 8.8?

pretty sure mustangs came with 8.8s, we have one in auto shop right now and it looks very similar to the explorer 8.8. it might be a different width though or maybe even 28 spline instead of 31.

well i just did some quick research and it looks like the 'stang 8.8 has cast upper control arm mounts, and is only 28 spline.
