Yes.... This shock will fit a 4.5" lift.
To ensure the shock will fit your Jeep; on level ground you can measure the distance from the upper mounting point to the lower mounting point and compare it with the shock measurements I posted.

I know you said they would fit a 4.5" lift but will it fit that same size plus 2" spacers?

Depends upon if you have repositioned your shock mounts.
You can check by measuring the distance between the upper and lower mounts when the tire is at full droop and compare this measurement against extended length of the shocks.

The lift isn't installed yet.I just picked up the front parts on saturday and am still trieng to piece together the back.

They were installed on the front of my 98 XJ with RE 4.5" coils and 3/4" spacers and they fit great.
If I understand your explanation of lift parts; you will be using 4.5" coils and 2" spacers?
Then they probably wont fit your setup.

The finish of the shock absorber tube surface is slightly dulled and pitted in a few areas which can be seen in the picture, but has no impact on the shocks performance and have been used for several years on the front of my Jeep.
